Operative List and My Tierlist

This is a brief overview of all operatives in the game, their damage and weapon types, what role they typically fulfil on a team, and how well I think they fulfil that specific role.
Your opinion/preference may differ a little.
Note again: The tier only rates how well I personally think the operative performs for the specified role. (Some operatives can fulfil several roles.)

The Tier I give each operative is my personal rating of how strong each operative is for the role listed:
SS - Extremely strong.
This operative is always your first choice for endgame content.
S - Strong
Very strong for endgame content, and capable of doing all content with ease.
A - Good
Weaker than S-tier operatives, but A-tier operatives can still be strong for endgame content if used appropriately.
A-tier operatives sometimes have some weakness or limitation that makes them only usable in some specific circumstances or for specific team compositions.
Most A-tiers are A-tier because they're just a bit weaker than the S-tier operatives. They're still good for endgame content though, even without much investment.
B - Fine.
Not that strong, and would never be your first choice for endgame content, but with some investment they'll get the job done just fine.
C - Weak
Weak operatives that you really aren't going to want to use for any content, but can do their job to a degree if you give them lots of investment and use them well.
D - Avoid
Very bad operatives that I don't recommend you use for endgame content, regardless of investment.
Even the weakest operatives are still generally fine for non-endgame content with enough investment, but even then D-tier operatives aren't ideal...
