Standard Skill
Tap her standard skill to have Haru shoots three shots from her gauntlet.
This deals decent damage over a very long range, and is good against single targets, but not overly useful against groups.
This does auto lock-on to enemies, making it very easy to use.
Hold her standard skill to charge up the attack, which shoots a larger final shot that deals much more damage and gives some U-Energy.
Whilst it may look like a blast, the final shot does not have any AoE.
The damage of this final shot is enough that unless Haru's uncharged shot will kill the enemy on its own, you should always charge up her standard skill.
The extremely long range of this skill as well as its auto lock-on makes Haru an extremely good long-range sniper.
Whilst haru doesn't have the damage of 5* lock-on sniper operatives like Fritia - Turbo, Haru's skill is nonetheless extremely easy to use and great at any range.
With its first Neuronic, charging her standard skill and hitting the final shot will reset the cooldown of the skill, allowing back-to-back use of it.
This Neuronic also gives have knock-up and knockback immunity while charging, which is nice.
With its second Neuronic, the skill also creates a "Sword of Oaths" to follow and damage the target.
This skill doesn't deal more damage than Haru just shooting enemies with her gun, so it doesn't help her with dps, but it does allow Haru to deal damage at any range.
It also allows Haru to charge her standard skill, peek out behind cover, fire at enemies from extreme range, then duck back into cover, giving Haru much better survivability.
Ultimate Skill
Haru knocks nearby enemies into the air and creates a PBAoE area.
When Haru shoots inside the AoE area, she creates 1 Sword of Oaths to pursue the enemy and deal damage.
Haru can create 1 sword every 0.4s (0.25s with the ults second Neuronic buff), so every with lots of RoF buffs she still isn't likely to max out the creation rate.
This skill has a 20s cooldown, but that cooldown starts when the PBAoE area ends after 12s, so the skill is up for 20s every 32s, or 18s / 38s with her ults first Neuronic.
The dps of this skill isn't that good, but its high U-Energy cost of 80 means it can't be used often, leading to it having low dps.
Support Skill
Haru slashes in front of her, dealing Kinetic damage.
For each 1% of its max HP the target has taken, increases the Final damage of the slash by 2% (or 4% with her support skills second Neuronic)
With its first Neuronic, this skill gives a +20% ATK buff for 20s after it defeats any enemy.
This skill has a short cooldown of 5s, but quite a high S-Energy cost of 15, so it's more limited by energy than cooldown.
The ATK buff is good if you can kill an enemy with it, but the skills varying damage and very short range mean that the ATK buff isn't particularly reliable.
